在"碳达峰、碳中和"发展战略背景下,制备脱硫胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青,研究其使用性能、黏温特性和烟气排放.研究结果表明:复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度及黏度均满足规范要求,具备优异的高温性能及抗拉伸能力,在高温下黏度大、低温下黏度小,保证了施工和易性;在现场生产过程中烟气排放相比常规SBS改性沥青得到有效降低,SO2排放降低25%左右,NO2、NOx排放降低超50%.
Under the background of the development strategy of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",desulfurization rubber powder/SBS composite modified bitumen is prepared,and its performance,viscosity-temperature characteristics and flue gas emissions are studied.The results show that the penetration degree,softening point,ductility and viscosity of composite modified bitumen meet the requirements of the specification,and have outstanding high temperature performance and tensile resistance.It has large viscosity at high temperature and low temperature viscosity,which ensures construction and anisotropy.Compared with conventional SBS modified bitumen,the flue gas emission in the on-site production process is effectively reduced,the SO2 emission is reduced by about 25%,and the NO2 and NOx emissions are reduced by more than 50%.
