摘要
通过综合对比普通碳钢、环氧涂层钢筋、不锈钢覆层钢筋以及不锈钢钢筋的耐腐蚀性能以及腐蚀前后的拉伸、弯曲力学性能,探讨和推广不锈钢覆层钢筋在桥梁工程中的应用.盐雾腐蚀试验研究结果验证了不锈钢覆层钢筋与环氧涂层、不锈钢钢筋一样具有优异的耐久性能;腐蚀前后拉弯力学性能研究结果验证了不锈钢覆层钢筋腐蚀前后的极限强度、屈服强度、断后延伸率以及弯曲性能均能满足规范要求,并且其性能要优于普通钢筋;环氧涂层钢筋与覆层钢筋性能对比试验研究验证了不锈钢覆层钢筋的抗损伤性能以及锚固性能优于环氧涂层.研究表明:考虑力学性能、耐腐蚀性能以及工程造价等多种因素,不锈钢覆层钢筋混凝土结构综合性能优于普通碳钢混凝土结构、环氧涂层钢筋混凝土结构、不锈钢钢筋混凝土结构,在海洋环境桥梁工程建设中具有很高的可行性.
Abstract
By comprehensively comparing the corrosion resistance,tensile and bending mechanical properties before and after corrosion of ordinary carbon steel,epoxy coated steel bars,stainless steel coated steel bars,and stainless steel bars,the application of stainless steel coated steel bars in bridge engineering is explored and promoted.The results of salt spray corrosion tests have verified that stainless steel coated steel bars have excellent durability performance,just like epoxy coated and stainless steel bars;the research results of tensile and bending mechanical properties before and after corrosion have verified that the ultimate strength,yield strength,elongation after fracture,and bending performance of stainless steel clad steel bars before and after corrosion can meet the requirements of the specifications,and their performance is better than that of ordinary steel bars;the comparative experimental study on the performance of epoxy coated steel bars and coated steel bars has verified that the damage resistance and anchoring performance of stainless steel coated steel bars are superior to those of epoxy coated steel bars.Research has shown that considering various factors such as mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and engineering cost,the comprehensive performance of stainless steel coated reinforced concrete structures is superior to ordinary carbon steel concrete structures,epoxy coated reinforced concrete structures,and stainless steel reinforced concrete structures,which has high feasibility in the construction of marine environment bridge engineering.
