泡沫温拌沥青混合料在养护工程中的应用及环境影响研究

泡沫温拌沥青混合料技术近年来得到了快速发展及应用,就此围绕机械发泡最佳发泡条件、混合料设计、养护工程应用和环境影响定量评价等方面开展了研究.研究结果显示,沥青温度160℃、用水量2%为70号沥青的最佳机械发泡条件;实验室成型的泡沫温拌Sup-20混合料各项路用性能与热拌沥青混合料基本相当;泡沫温拌Sup-20混合料在降温30℃条件下具有良好的施工和易性;经现场实测,泡沫温拌Sup-20施工现场减少了 50%以上的烟气排放.采用寿命周期评价方法得出,泡沫温拌Sup-20混合料较热拌Sup-20混合料节能10.6%,温室气体排放降低12.1%.
Research on the Application and Environmental Impact of Foamed Warm-mix Asphalt Mixture in Maintenance Engineering
Foamed warm-mix asphalt technology has been rapidly developed and applied in recent years.In the paper,studies are carried out focusing on the optimal foaming conditions of mechanical foaming,mixture design,maintenance engineering application and quantitative evaluation of environmental impact.The results show that the optimal foaming conditions for road asphalt No.70 are asphalt temperature of 160℃ and water consumption of 2%.The pavement performance of foamed warm-mix Sup-20 mixture is basically the same as that of hot mix asphalt mixture.Under the condition of lowering the temperature of 30℃,the foamed warm-mix Sup-20 mixture has good construction workability.According to the field measurement,the smoke emission of foamed warm-mix Sup-20 is reduced by more than 50%.Using the life cycle assessment method,the foamed warm-mix Sup-20 mixture saves 10.6%energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 12.1%compared with the hot mix Sup-20 mixture.
