环氧沥青钢桥面铺装早期裂缝病害形态分析

裂缝是环氧沥青钢桥面铺装最典型的病害之一。根据裂缝的几何特征,将环氧沥青钢桥面铺装裂缝分为4大类,通过现场拍照结合图片处理软件Adobe Photoshop获取了 498处某钢桥面环氧沥青铺装裂缝的形态特征参数,利用Origin软件对裂缝的形态特征参数进行了统计分析,结果表明:采集到的裂缝形态特征大部分处于裂缝早期病害阶段;裂缝以线形裂缝和放射状裂缝为主,线形裂缝平均长度达211。6 mm、平均缝宽为2。84 mm,放射状裂缝平均射线数量为3。7条、平均缝宽为2。2 mm;4类裂缝的缝宽和影响面积均呈右偏态分布;不规则裂缝的平均缝宽和平均影响面积的离散程度都最大;4类裂缝的影响面积与缝宽的相关性均很低,线形裂缝的影响面积与裂缝长度呈中度正相关;环状裂缝不完全是放射状裂缝或鼓包病害的扩展。
Analysis of Early Crack Morphology in Epoxy Asphalt Concrete Pavement on Steel Bridge Decks
Cracks are one of the most typical defects of epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck paving.According to the geometric characteristics of cracks,the epoxy asphalt steel deck paving cracks are divided into four categories,and the morphological characteristic parameters of epoxy asphalt paving cracks of a steel bridge deck are obtained by on-site photography combined with the picture processing software Adobe Photoshop,and the morphological characteristics of the cracks are statistically analyzed by using Origin software.The results show that:most of the crack morphological characteristics collected this time are in the early stage of the crack;the cracks are mainly linear and radial cracks,the average length of linear fractures is 211.6 mm,the average crack width is 2.84 mm,the average number of rays of radial fractures is 3.7,and the average crack width is 2.2 mm;the crack width and affected area of the four types of fractures are distributed in a right-skewed state;the average crack width and average affected area of irregular fractures are the most dispersed;the correlation between the affected area and the crack width of the four types of fractures is very low,and the affected area of linear fractures is moderately positively correlated with the fracture length;and the annular fracture is not completely an extension of radial cracks or bulging defects.
