土工袋技术在乡村公路软基加固中的应用研究

摘要
乡村公路是推进农业现代化,保障农民群众经济民生的重要基础.我国东部地区的乡村公路建设时常面临软土路基问题,常规高等级公路的软土路基处理方法因成本高、土地资源利用率低等因素使其在乡村公路中的适用性降低.土工袋技术作为一种新型地基加固技术,可通过袋子张力引起的附加黏聚力提高袋内土体抗压强度,从而提高路基的承载能力和稳定性.采用土工袋装填现场开挖土进行软土路基的处理,既能减少工程投资,又能综合利用土地资源,具有重要的经济意义和环保意义.通过试验揭示了土工袋加固软土路基的作用原理,并以南京市郊某乡村公路工程为依托,进行了土工袋加固软土路基的示范应用,通过便携式落锤弯沉试验和工后沉降观测,检验了土工袋技术处理软土路基的实际效果,可为类似工程提供技术借鉴.
Abstract
Rural roads are crucial to support agricultural modernization and ensure economic livelihood for villagers.In eastern China,soft soil subgrade poses a common challenge in rural road construction.Traditional methods used for highway soft soil subgrade are unsuitable due to high cost and low utilization of land resources.However,soilbag reinforcement is a new technology that can reinforce soft soil and increase its compressive strength.The additional cohesion resulting from the tensile forces of the bag improves the bearing capacity of the subgrade.Using soilbags filled with excavation waste to reinforce the soft soil subgrade is a cost-effective and environment friendly solution.In the paper,the principle of soilbag-reinforced soft soil subgrade is revealed through physical model tests,and the application of this technology is demonstrated on a rural road project in the suburbs of Nanjing.Through the portable drop hammer bending test and post-construction settlement observation,the practical effect of soil bag technology for treating soft soil subgrade is checked,which provides technical reference for similar projects.
