Verification Analysis of Monitoring System for Long-span Suspension Bridge based on Load Test
The structural health monitoring system is to monitor the whole life cycle of the bridge during the operation period, and to grasp the operational safety status of the bridge in real time. The load test is to inspect the construction quality and the stress state of the bridge. In this paper, taking the load test of a long-span suspension bridge as an example, combined with the health monitoring data during the load test, the deflection, strain, main beam vibration and other test data of the bridge during the load test are verified and analyzed, and the stress characteristics of the bridge state are evaluated. The results show that the monitoring data reflect that the main bridge has remained in an elastic working state under the loading and unloading conditions of the static load test, and the structural stiffness meets the design requirements. In the dynamic load test, the data of the monitoring system reflect that the bridge structure is stable and the dynamic characteristics of the structure are good.Through in-depth data exploration of the monitoring system, the initial state of the bridge after completion is effectively recorded, which can provide reference for the intelligent management and maintenance of other long-span suspension bridges.
