Research on Automatic Dynamic Monitoring Technology of Underwater Concrete Pouring Elevation
In order to realize automatic and continuous measurement of underwater concrete pouring elevation,an automatic monitoring device for underwater concrete pouring elevation is developed based on the difference of resistance of the hammer probe into three different media,namely mud,floating slurry and concrete,which integrating motor drive system,meter counter,pressure sensor,PLC and the motion algorithm of the hammer probe.The measuring hammer probe feeds back the resistance value in real time,and automatically controls the action of the measuring hammer probe according to the set pressure control threshold.The meter counter displays the current elevation monitoring result in real time.After two generations of product iteration,the automatic monitoring device is applied in Wuhan Shuangliu Bridge project and Guangzhou Shiziyang Passage project respectively.The elevation monitoring results are compared with the conversion elevation of pouring volume and manual measurement results.The result of the first generation product is inaccurate due to its simple action and easy to be buried in concrete under the automatic measurement mode.The second generation of products has improved the degree of intelligence,and the measurement results are close to the manual measurement results and the conversion results of poured volume,which is more stable than the manual measurement results.
