Construction Monitoring Technology for Herringbone Special-shaped Columns and Steel-Concrete Composite Beams Cable-stayed Bridges
The main bridge of the Cocody Bridge in Cote d'Ivoire is a herringbone space special-shaped single-tower cable-stayed bridge with steel-concrete composite beams, with a total length of 630 meters and a tower height of 107.6 meters. The structure is complicated, imposing high requirements on the construction monitoring accuracy. In order to ensure the structural safety during the bridge construction process and achieve the target state for forming a bridge, the stress distribution and level at key sections and local nodes of the special-shaped main tower, and control of the elevation of the tower column and the lateral inclination angle of the leaning tower legs are performed, and the manufacturing line and installation line of the main beam are calculated and analyzed. In order to eliminate the influence of heavy cable sleeves on the tensioning of steel strands in cable-stayed cables, graded tension is used and the theoretical steel strand pull-out amount is used to control the tension force.Construction practice has shown that the measured values of the various monitoring results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation values, and the linear situation and stress conditions are in line with expectations, which further confirms the effectiveness of the key technology adopted for monitoring.
