苍容浔江大桥跨越浔江,全长1 688 m,采用中央独柱塔设计,跨径布置为2个520 m主跨和2个55 m边跨,中塔高108.9 m,边塔高108.8 m,为三塔空间缆地锚式悬索桥.主梁采用分体式钢箱梁,由梁高为3.0 m、梁全宽为36.2 m的2根钢箱梁和横向连接箱组成.锚碇基础为桩基+铣接头方案结构,采用桩基与二期槽形成的剪力墙结构,桩基直径为3m.全桥主跨侧面为中心距离索塔索1 m的空间缆,主缆标准强度为1 960 MPa.针对桥址区复杂的建设条件,创新设计了苍容浔江大桥三塔空间缆悬索桥结构体系,首创了大直径桩与地连墙组合的永久受力锚碇基础新型结构,研发了三塔空间缆悬索桥的缆梁施工技术,建立了钢桥面铺装材料的组成与组合优化设计方法,形成了苍容浔江大桥三塔空间缆悬索桥的成套关键技术,促进了我国空间缆悬索桥建设的新跨越.
Design and Technology Innovation of Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge
The Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge spans the Xunjiang River,with a total length of 1 688 m,adopting a central single-column tower design solution,with the span layout of two 520 m main spans and two 55 m side spans.The middle tower is 108.9 m high,and the side tower is 108.8 m high.The bridge is a three tower space cable anchor suspension structure.The main beam adopts a split type steel box girder,consisting of two steel box girders with a height of 3.0 m and a full width of 36.2 m,as well as a transverse connecting box.The anchor foundation is a pile foundation+milling joint scheme structure,which adopts a shear wall structure formed by the pile foundation and the second phase slot.The diameter of the pile foundation is 3 m.The side of the bridge main span is a space cable with the center distance of 1 m from the cable tower,and the standard strength of the main cable is 1 960 MPa.In response to the complex construction conditions in the bridge site area,the structural system of the three tower space cable suspension bridge of Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge has been innovated.A new type of permanent force anchor foundation structure combining large diameter piles and diaphragm wall is adopted for the first time.The cable beam construction technology of the three tower space cable suspension bridge has been developed,and the composition and combination optimization design method of steel bridge deck paving materials have been established,forming a complete set of key technologies for the three tower space cable suspension bridge of Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge,leading a new leap in the construction of space cable suspension bridges in China.
