Thinking and Application of Immersed Tube Tunnel Contract for Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project
As a world-class sea-crossing transport infrastructure cluster project,the eight-lane submarine immersed tube tunnel of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project is the first in the world to be constructed with steel-shell concrete composite structure.By analyzing the great technical challenges and difficulties faced by the immersed tube tunnel of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Project,the ideas of preparing bidding documents for construction contractors are discussed in detailed,and the contract preparation is explored in combination with specific project practice.The research results show that during the preparation of the immersed tube tunnel project contract,the bidding mode with the project solutions plays a crucial role in the overall promotion of the project.At the same time,the multi-level management system is used to consolidate the internal and external cooperation,and the construction quality is ensured by combining BIM to realize information transmission and sharing and the first specimen approval system,so as to build a new industrial worker training center and comprehensively promote the construction of the project.Through the execution of the immersed tube tunnel project contract,the project management level of the administration authority and the construction contractors are significantly improved.
