基于人工智能的公路智能巡检装备研究

随着我国公路里程不断增长,传统的公路巡检已不能满足公路巡检质效的要求,且存在巡检任务繁重、危险性高及智能化程度低等问题。为了缓解上述问题,引入新一代人工智能、无人机、移动终端和地理信息系统等先进技术,构建基于人工智能的天地一体化自动巡检装备与系统,该装备系统主要由车载式终端、无人机终端、手持式泛在终端以及智能巡检系统构成,并采用云-边-端协同架构对数据进行采集、处理和传输,通过该装备系统实现了公路路上、路侧、路域全空间,路、桥、隧、交通工程全专业的智能巡检。该装备采用先进的深度学习算法,能够自动识别公路基础设施表观病害和异常情况,可满足公路养护人员实际巡检要求。该装备系统大幅提升了公路巡检的质量和效率,为公路智能化巡检提供了新思路,为公路科学养护决策提供了可靠的数据支撑,保障了公路基础设施的耐久性和安全性。
Research on Highway Intelligent Inspection Equipment based on Artificial Intelligence
With the continuous growth of highway mileage in China,traditional highway inspections can no longer meet the requirements for the quality and efficiency of highway inspections.There are issues such as heavy workload of inspections,high risk,and low level of intelligence.In order to alleviate these problems,a new generation of artificial intelligence,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),mobile terminals,and geographic information systems(GIS)and other advanced technologies have been introduced to construct an AI-based integrated automatic inspection equipment and system for land and sky.The equipment system mainly consists of vehicle-mounted terminals,UAV terminals,handheld ubiquitous terminals,and an intelligent inspection system.It adopts a cloud-edge-terminal collaborative architecture for data collection,processing,and transmission.Through this equipment system,intelligent inspections of the entire highway space,including on-road,roadside,and surrounding areas,as well as all professional aspects of roads,bridges,tunnels,and traffic engineering,are achieved.The equipment employs advanced deep learning algorithms,enabling automatic recognition of surface defects and abnormal conditions in highway infrastructure,meeting the practical inspection requirements of highway maintenance personnel.This equipment system significantly enhances the quality and efficiency of highway inspections,providing new ideas for intelligent highway inspections and reliable data support for scientific highway maintenance decisions,ensuring the durability and safety of highway infrastructure.
