高耐久型板式橡胶支座的制备与性能研究

板式橡胶支座作为桥梁中广泛采用的重要连接构件,其耐久性一直备受关注.基于天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶的材料特性,设计了几种不同配比的并用胶料配方,通过对胶料拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、热空气老化及耐臭氧老化性能的测试与评价,选取其中一种配方作为研究的高耐久型橡胶材料(S25-10),进一步通过试验研究了该橡胶材料应用于板式橡胶支座的支座性能.结果表明,采用S25-10生产的高耐久型板式橡胶支座不仅具有良好的力学性能,能够满足桥梁工程使用的技术要求,而且其耐臭氧老化及热空气老化性能比普通天然橡胶板式支座更为突出,有望进一步提高板式橡胶支座的耐久性及使用寿命.
Preparation and Performance of High Durable Laminated Bearings
Laminated bearings is widely used as important connecting components in bridges,and it's durability has received attention.Based on the material characteristics of natural rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber,several compound formulations with different ratios are designed.Through testing and evaluating their tensile strength,elongation at break,hot air aging,and ozone aging resistance,one of the formulations is selected as the high durability rubber for research,namely S25-10.Its performance when used as the laminated bearing materials is studied through experiments.The results show that,the high durability plate rubber bearing has good mechanical properties and meets the technical requirements of bridge engineering.In terms of durability,its hot air aging and ozone aging resistance are more prominent than natural rubber laminated bearings,which can further improve the durability and service life of plate type rubber bearings.
