400 MPa桥梁用高疲劳应力幅拉索的研究

拉索作为索类桥梁的关键承载结构之一,其力学性能具有严格的要求。而某些重要桥梁工程除了要求拉索满足基本的力学性能外,还会根据具体条件对拉索的某些指标提出更高的要求。疲劳性能是近年来在进行拉索设计时考量的重要指标。根据齐鲁黄河大桥对拉索提出的要求,并结合"中国天眼"工程拉索研究经验,针对拉索锚固结构进行优化,研究适用于桥梁用的大规格高疲劳性能拉索。研究结果表明,使用环氧钢绞线,采用冷铸挤压复合锚固方式以及优化后的锚具结构,可在保证拉索锚固段尺寸不会过大的同时,使得大规格拉索满足400 MPa疲劳应力幅的要求。
Research on High Fatigue Stress Amplitude Cables for 400 MPa Bridges
As one of the key bearing structures of cable bridges,the mechanical properties of cables have strict requirements.In addition to the basic mechanical properties of cables,some important projects will put forward higher requirements for some indicators according to specific bridge projects.Fatigue performance is an important index considered by design institutes in cable design in recent years.In this paper,according to the requirements of Qilu Yellow River Bridge on cables,and in combination with the cable research experience of the"China Tianyan"project,the cable anchorage structure is optimized to study large specifications and high fatigue performance cables for bridges.The research results show that using epoxy steel strand,cold casting extrusion composite anchorage mode and optimized anchorage structure can ensure the anchor section size of the cable not too large,and at the same time ensure the large specification cable meet the requirements of 400 MPa fatigue stress amplitude.
