摘要

齐鲁黄河大桥上部钢箱梁采用顶推施工工艺.由于单节钢箱梁重量过大,因此顶推时先对拱梁结合段钢箱梁两侧挑臂单元进行切割,顶推完成后再对挑臂单元进行提升合龙,以提升顶推施工过程的安全性.介绍了齐鲁黄河大桥采用的有限空间超重异形构件的提升合龙技术,为今后类似施工提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

The upper steel box girder of Qilu Yellow River Bridge adopts the jacking construction technology.Because the weight of a single steel box girder is too large,the cantilever units on both sides of the steel box girder in the arch girder junction section are cut during the incremental construction.After the jacking is completed,the cantilever units are lifted and closed to improve the safety of the jacking construction process.In this paper,the lifting and closure technology for overweight special shaped components in limited space are introduced,which provides reference for similar construction in the future.
