摘要
齐鲁黄河大桥钢拱肋是五边形异形拱肋,在横、纵两个方向上都存在坡度,施工过程中将钢拱肋调整为合适的空间姿态时才能进行焊接,这就需要一个支垫调节系统来满足这个条件.介绍了支垫调节系统的设计思路、设计方法和主要组成.
Abstract
The steel arch rib of Qilu Yellow River Bridge is a pentagonal special-shaped arch rib,which has slopes in both horizontal and vertical directions.The steel arch rib can only be welded when it is adjusted to the appropriate space posture,and a cushion adjustment system is required to meet this condition.In the paper,the design idea and design method of the support cushion regulation system is introduced.
