下承式网状系杆拱桥无水平推力的结构设计近年来在工程中应用广泛,其索面的网状布置更符合人们对美的追求。在施工过程中,拉索体系成桥后的长度和角度是上部结构施工的主控项,因此钢箱梁的里程定位和钢拱肋的线形控制是监控测量的重点。结合齐鲁黄河大桥项目全施工周期的监控测量技术,简要介绍了在下承式网状结构体系拱桥的钢箱梁和钢拱肋架设施工中的测控要点,为今后类似桥梁的监控测量提供借鉴和参考。
Monitoring and Measuring Technology for Erection of Beam and Arch of Through Type Reticulated Tied-Arch Bridge
The structural design of through type reticulated tied-arch bridge without horizontal thrust has been widely used in recent years,and the mesh layout of its cable plane is more in line with people's pursuit of beauty.In the construction process,the length and angle of the cable system after the bridge is completed are the main control items of the superstructure construction,so the mileage positioning of the steel box girder and the linear control of the steel arch rib are the key points of monitoring and measurement.Based on the monitoring and measurement technology in the whole construction period of the Qilu Yellow River Bridge Project,the key points of the erection of steel box girder and steel arch rib of the through arch bridge with network structure system are briefly discussed in the paper,providing reference for the monitoring and measurement of similar bridges in the future.
