齐鲁黄河大桥上部钢箱梁采用顶推施工工艺。受施工红线及现场地形限制,在19号墩位置设置顶推平台,完成主跨420 m及边跨280 m钢箱梁顶推施工,但S95 m跨上部钢箱梁无法使用顶推施工工艺进行施工。项目结合现场实际情况,创新设计了一种钢箱梁滑移顶推技术,对S95 m跨上部钢箱梁进行安装。介绍了齐鲁黄河大桥采用的边跨钢箱梁滑移顶推技术,为今后类似施工提供借鉴和参考。
Sliding and Incremental Launching Technology of Side Span Steel Box Girder of Qilu Yellow River Bridge
The upper steel box girder of Qilu Yellow River Bridge adopts the launching construction technology.Due to the construction boundary line and site terrain restrictions,a launching platform is set at the No.19 pier to complete the launching construction of the steel box girder with a main span of 420 m and a side span of 280 m,which affects the construction of the upper steel box girder of S95m span.According to the actual situation on site,a steel box girder sliding jacking technology is innovated and designed to install the S95m steel box girder.In this paper,the sliding incremental launching technology of side span steel box girder used in the Qilu Yellow River Bridge is described,which can provide reference for similar construction in the future.
