Research on Improving Team Management Standardization Based on Smart Construction Site+BIM
In recent years,the scale of China's construction industry has grown year by year,but the management mode of the construction industry is relatively backward.In combination with the current situation of large bridge construction workers,the direct reason for the sharp contrast with the difficult management generally reflected by project managers is that the number of team workers is decreasing and the labor resources are increasingly scarce.How to well manage labor force and retain high-quality labor force has become the core issue of each contractor.In this paper a preliminary discussion on the development of targeted solutions is made based on the current situation and problems of labor team process management and control in combination with smart construction site and BIM.
