Preparation and Performance Study of Cement Stabilized High Content Modified Phosphogypsum
In order to further improve the comprehensive utilization level and efficiency of phosphogypsum resources in the field of highway engineering, improve the quality of road environment, and realize the green,efficient,high-value and large-scale utilization of phosphogypsum, the cement stabilized phosphogypsum pavement base material is studied and prepared in the paper, the material ratio is determined through indoor experiments, and road performance tests are carried out to analyze the feasibility of phosphogypsum in the application of pavement materials. The drying method is used to measure the moisture content of attached water of phosphogypsum and determine the drying temperature. The optimal dosage of alkali activator and reinforcement are determined by orthogonal experiment. The changes of compressive properties and indirect tensile properties before and after modification are analyzed by unconfined compression test and indirect tensile(splitting)test. The results show that the temperature should be set at 60℃ and the moisture content of the attached water should be 9.81%when the drying method is used to measure the moisture content of the attached water. The optimum moisture content of cement stabilized phosphogypsum material is 20.1%,and the maximum dry density is 1.508 g/cm3.The compressive performance increases with the increase of curing time.Alkali activator mainly improves the early strength of the material, and reinforcement mainly enhances the late strength. The optimal mixing ratio is 1%content of alkali activator and 1.5%of reinforcement. The indirect tensile property of cement stabilized phosphogypsum after optimal modification is 57.1%higher than that of the original state.
