为进一步促进交通基础设施工业化的高效发展,将建造业向制造业有序推进,智能建造工厂的界定、规划和针对性的发展是必不可少的.首先,对智能建造工厂的内涵及特性给予了界定;第二,对智能建造工厂的区划进行了规定,并对厂区的每一区划给出了相应的功能匹配;第三,将智能建造工厂从功能上划分为监控、质量检验、数据采集及分析、信息传输及共享、协同控制及决策,并对协同生产加以示意;第四,针对现有的技术发展,对软件平台、钢筋工业化、柔性化生产及智能化水平等4个技术瓶颈提出建议与思考.文章中涉及的功能区划、工厂架构、智能技术及技术短板,可以有助于从业者深度理解和发展智能建造工厂进而提升工业化水平,将交通基础设施工业化智能建造推向新的高度.
Intelligent Construction Factory for Transportation Infrastructure
In order to further promote the efficient development of transportation infrastructure industrialization and orderly promote the construction industry towards manufacturing,the definition,planning,and targeted development of intelligent construction factories are essential.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of intelligent construction factories are defined.Secondly,regulations have been made for the zoning of intelligent construction factories,and corresponding functional matching has been provided for each zone of the factory area.Thirdly,intelligent construction factories are functionally divided into monitoring,quality inspection,data collection and analysis,information transmission and sharing,collaborative control and decision-making,and collaborative production is illustrated.Fourthly,in response to the existing technological development,personal suggestions and reflections are proposed on the four technical bottlenecks of software platform,steel bar industrialization,flexible production,and intelligent level.The functional zoning,factory architecture,intelligent technology,and technological shortcomings mentioned in the paper can help practitioners deeply understand and develop intelligent construction factories,thereby improving the level of industrialization and pushing the intelligent construction of transportation infrastructure to new heights.
