Research on Green Low Carbon Evaluation Index System and Method for Industrial Production of Prefabricated Beam
Due to the green low carbon evaluation system for the construction and production stage of beam factory has not been formulated in the transportation infrastructure,it is difficult to efficiently evaluate the pollutant and carbon reduction level of industrial production prefabricated beam.On the basis of fully analyzing the existing precast beam production process method,a comprehensive evaluation index system with 20 indicators in 2 dimensions and 4 levels is constructed based on the specialist research,frequency analysis,system analysis and validity test method.In addition,the indexes of unit land area,material waste,energy consumption,greening rate,carbon emission and green low carbon management measures on the evaluation method are explored.The index standard value,scoring method,scoring standard and evaluation grade classification standard are determined through the analysis of the proportion of green low-carbon indicators.The feasibility of the evaluation index system in the green and low-carbon evaluation of prefabricated industrial production is verified through thecalculation and research on the construction project of a highway prefabricated beam factory in East China.These results are expected to provide theoretical support for the realization of sustainable green development goals in China's precast beam factories and even in the field of transportation infrastructure.
