考虑路网性能的交通事件影响下高速公路路径诱导策略

随着交通需求迅速增长,高速公路交通拥堵的频次和严重程度不断上升,严重时交通拥堵甚至会波及相邻道路.对局部路网造成不良影响.交通诱导分流已成为从整个路网层面上缓解拥堵、平衡网络车流量的一项重要措施.在考虑诱导对整体路网性能影响的基础上,提出事件条件下基于重复度最小的路径诱导方法,并从路网层面对诱导策略进行整体评价.诱导策略主要包含3个方面:首先确定基于重复度指标确定分流路径;而后判断路网中容量情况以确定需分出的流量开采用Logit分配交通流量分配到诱导路径;最后选用事故路段排队长度、路段与路网行程时间可靠性指数作为评价诱导实施效果的指标.实验以济南市绕城高速公路网络为例,基于SUMO仿真软件建立路网与需求模型,并通过SUMO的二次开发评估诱导算法的有效性.仿真结果显示采用诱导方法可有效减少事故路段的排队情况、提高路段以及路网行程时间可靠性.研究可为事件条件下的高速公路诱导分流策略的制定提供理论依据与决策支持,减缓交通拥堵对道路网络的影响,提高高速公路交通网络的运行效率.
Route Guidance Strategy for Expressway Under the Influence of Traffic Incidents Considering Road Network Performance
As traffic demand rapidly increases,the frequency and severity of expressway congestion grow,and will spread to adjacent roads and affecting local road networks.Traffic diversion measures are important strategies for alleviating congestion and balancing vehicle flow at the network level.The highway path guidance strategy is proposed based on minimizing redundancy under traffic incident,taking into account the impact of guidance on the overall network performance.The specific guidance method contains three steps:first,determining the diversion path based on the redundancy index;then,assessing the network capacity to determine the required traffic flow and using Logit allocation to distribute traffic flow to the guided path;finally,using the queue length on the affected road section,travel time reliability on the diverted road section,and regional travel time reliability as evaluation indicators for the implementation effect of the guidance.The guidance strategy is applied to the expressway network in Jinan city by using SUMO simulation.In the simulation,network is established and demand is set firstly,and the effectiveness of the guidance algorithm is evaluated through SUMO.Simulation results show that the guidance method effectively reduces the queue length on the affected road section,increases the total number of vehicles passing through the network,and enhance the reliability of travel time for both road sections and road networks.The study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of highway traffic diversion plans,mitigating the adverse effects of traffic congestion on road networks and enhancing the operational efficiency of the freeway transportation system.
