摘要
为探究凹凸棒土对SBS改性沥青抗老化性能与热稳定性的影响,制备不同凹凸棒土掺量的复合改性沥青.研究了复合改性沥青老化前后的基本物理性能与化学组分变化,使用热重试验分析了复合改性沥青的热稳定性.结果表明:凹凸棒土的引入提升了沥青的热稳定性,改善了沥青的高温性能,降低了沥青的老化速率;超过7.5%的凹凸棒土掺量可能对沥青性能产生负面影响,其最佳掺量不应超过7.5%.
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of attapulgite on the aging resistance and thermal stability of SBS modified asphalt,composite modified asphalt with different content of attapulgite is prepared.The changes of basic physical properties and chemical components of composite modified asphalt before and after aging are studied.The thermal stability of composite modified asphalt is analyzed by thermogravimetric experiment.The results show that the introduction of attapulgite can improve the thermal stability of asphalt,improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,and reduce the aging rate of asphalt.However,more than 7.5%of attapulgite content may have a negative impact on asphalt performance,and its optimal content should not exceed 7.5%.
