基于导电离子固化的水泥基材料阻抗性能研究

为了探讨OH-离子和硬化水泥基材料电阻率之间的关系,以硅灰、矿粉和粉煤灰为掺合料,研究了不同掺合料对孔隙液的pH值、电导率和硬化浆体电阻率的影响.结果表明:硅灰、矿粉和粉煤灰均可以对OH-起到固化作用,3种掺合料对pH值的影响程度为粉煤灰>硅灰>矿粉;硅灰和矿粉可以有效降低水泥基材料孔隙液电导率,且随着掺量的增大,孔隙液电导率减小,二者的孔隙液pH值和电导率呈现很强的相关性;随着粉煤灰掺量的增大,孔隙液电导率和pH值之间Pearson相关系数逐渐减小;掺有硅灰和矿粉的硬化水泥基材料电阻率与其内部OH-含量具有很强的相关性;3种掺合料对硬化水泥基材料电阻率的提升效果为硅灰>矿粉>粉煤灰.
Research of Impedance Properties of Cementitious Materials Based on Conductive Ion Curing
In order to explore the relationship between OH-ions and the resistivity of hardened cementitious materials,the pH value,electrical conductivity and resistivity of hardened slurry of specimens with different admixtures are studied using silica fume,mineral powder and fly ash as admixtures.The results show that silica fume,mineral powder and fly ash can play a curing effect on OH-,and the degree of influence of the three kinds of admixtures on the pH value are:fly ash>silica fume>mineral powder.Silica fume and mineral powder can effectively reduce the pore liquid conductivity of the hardened cement slurry,and with the increase of the amount of admixture of the pore liquid conductivity decreases,and the two of the pore liquid pH and conductivity shows a very strong correlation.With the increase of fly ash content,the Pearson correlation coefficient between pore fluid conductivity and pH value gradually decreases.The resistivity of hardened cementitious materials doped with silica fume and mineral powder has a strong correlation with their internal OH-content.The enhancement effect of the three admixtures on the resistivity of hardened cementitious materials is:silica fume>mineral powder>fly ash.
