Analysis of Influencing Factors on Slope Biodiversity Restoration by Net-suspended Spray Seeding
The net-suspended spray seeding technology is a common means of slope ecological restoration, but in the long term, the impact of the metal components in the galvanized wire mesh on the slope biodiversity restoration and on the soil and water conservation are not clear yet.In order to reveal the long-term impact of net-suspended spray seeding technology on slope ecological restoration and soil and water conservation,a 20-year artificially restored slope in Guangdong Province is selected as the research object, and by referring to an adjacent natural slope, the differences of plant diversity and soil bacterial diversity between the restored slope and the natural slope as well as the influencing factors are analyzed. The results show that:(1)There is no significant difference in terms of plant diversity between the restored and natural slopes, and the soil bacterial diversity is significantly greater than that of the natural slope.(2)Soil moisture content and pH value of the artificially restored slope are significantly higher than those of the natural slope, and there is no significant difference in soil nutrient content compared to natural slopes.(3)Soil moisture content is one of the main factors affecting the restoration of slope biodiversity, and improving soil water-holding capacity can facilitate the restoration of slope biodiversity. Therefore, the net-suspended spray seeding technology contributes to long-term biodiversity restoration and soil and water conservation of slopes. The results of this study can provide scientific basis and technical guidance for long-term biodiversity restoration and soil and water management of slopes.
