基于离散元的再生沥青混合料车辙演化规律研究

为分析再生沥青混合料路面结构车辙的发展规律,选用SMA-13+AC-20再生沥青混合料,SMA-13再生沥青混合料+AC-20再生沥青混合料两种路面结构,通过足尺加速加载试验以及PFC数值模拟分析路面结构车辙的演化规律.结果表明:路面结构车辙深度的发展分为两个阶段,第一阶段车辙深度增加迅速,路面被再次压实,经30万次加载后,两种路面结构产生的车辙深度分别为6 mm、5.6 mm;第二阶段车辙稳定发展,第二阶段的车辙深度增长率分别为9.83%、9.46%.PFC数值计算得到的两种路面结构的车辙深度分别为6.2 mm、5.9 mm;两种路面结构上、下面层产生的永久变形量基本为变形总量的25%和75%;使用再生沥青混合料用作路面铺筑材料能有效降低道路的车辙深度,减小道路所产生的塑性变形;因路面结构材料不同,使得剪应力集中分布在道路层间位置,但双层再生路面结构面层层间产生的剪应力远小于单层再生路面结构,并且当深度超过8 cm时,道路因车辆荷载作用而产生的剪应力波动较小.
Research on Rutting Evolution Law of Recycled Asphalt Mixture based on Discrete Element
To analyze the development law of rutting of recycled asphalt mixture pavement structure,two pavement structures of SMA-13+AC-20 recycled asphalt mixture and SMA-13 recycled asphalt mixture+AC-20 recycled asphalt mixture are selected.The evolution law of rutting of pavement structure is analyzed by full-scale accelerated loading test and PFC numerical simulation.The results show that the development of rut depth of pavement structure is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the rut depth increases rapidly,and the pavement is compacted again.After 300,000 times of loading,the rut depth of the two pavement structures is 6 mm and 5.6 mm respectively.In the second stage,the rut develops steadily,and the growth rate of rut depth in the second stage is 9.83%and 9.46%.The rut depths of the two pavement structures calculated by PFC are 6.2 mm and 5.9 mm,respectively.The permanent deformation of the upper and lower layers of the two pavement structures is basically 25%and 75%of the total deformation.The use of recycled asphalt mixture as pavement paving material can effectively reduce the rut depth of the road and reduce the plastic deformation caused by the road.Due to the different materials of pavement structure,the shear stress is concentrated between the layers of the road,but the shear stress between the layers of the double-layer recycled pavement structure is much smaller than that of the single-layer recycled pavement structure,and when the road depth is more than 8 cm,the shear stress fluctuation caused by vehicle load is small.
