填石料室内CBR值测试方法及预测公式研究

为解决路基填石料粒径过大,难以在室内准确测试其CBR值且缺少预测公式的问题,通过相似级配法与自主设计的试验装置对不同骨架/填隙颗粒固相体积比下的填石料进行CBR值研究,同时基于接触力学理论推导出CBR值计算公式并对其进行验证。结果表明,填石料的CBR值在一定范围内仅与母岩强度和填充密度有关,宜采用相似级配法进行评价;随着骨架/填隙颗粒固相体积比(7∶3~3∶7)的增加,填石料的CBR值呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在骨架/填隙颗粒固相体积比为6∶4时CBR值达到最大值,为335。4%;基于接触力学理论提出的填石料CBR值预测公式计算值,与测试值的平均误差率仅为4。20%,表明填石料CBR值可采用该公式进行预测。
Research on Indoor CBR Test Method and Prediction Formula for Rockfill Materials
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately test the CBR of rock fill in the roadbed because the particle size is too large and the prediction formula is lacking,the CBR of rock fill under different skeleton/fill particle solid phase volume ratio is studied by similar gradation method and self-designed test device,and the CBR calculation formula is derived and verified based on the contact mechanics theory.The results show that the CBR of rockfill is only related to the strength of parent rock and filling density within a certain range,and it is appropriate to use the similar grading method for evaluation.With the increase of the solid-phase volume ratio of skeleton/fill particles(7∶3~3∶7),the CBR of the rockfill shows a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing,and the CBR reaches the maximum value of 335.4%when the solid-phase volume ratio of skeleton/fill particles is 6∶4.The average error rate between the calculated and tested values of the CBR prediction formula for rockfill based on the contact mechanics theory is only 4.20%,indicating that the CBR of rockfill can be predicted using this formula.
