高速公路护栏方管立柱辊弯成型工艺仿真分析

为了解决三波形梁钢护栏方管立柱的弯角外圆弧半径不符合相关标准要求的问题,通过优化轧辊孔型设计,建立了方管立柱辊弯成型加工全流程仿真模型。基于显式动力算法,利用有限元分析软件研究了带钢通过轧辊时的应力分布与变形,提出了适用于立柱辊弯成型分析的数值模拟方法,对方管立柱成型和整形过程进行仿真分析,进而优化轧辊孔型,并调整管坯宽度。生产实践表明,改良后的方管立柱成型和整形机组能够满足生产加工需求,产品质量符合我国标准和设计要求。
Simulation Analysis of Roll Forming Process of Highway Guardrail Column
In order to solve the problem that three waveform beam steel guardrail square pipe columns of the outer arc radius of the corner of the bend does not meet the requirements of the relevant standards,through the optimization of the roll aperture design,the square pipe column roll forming molding and processing of the whole process simulation model is established.Based on explicit dynamic algorithm and finite element analysis software,the stress distribution and deformation of strip steel when passing through the roll are studied.A numerical simulation method suitable for the analysis of roll forming of the column is proposed to simulate the forming and shaping process of the column,and then the roll pass is optimized and the width of the tube blank is adjusted.The production practice shows that the improved square tube column forming and shaping unit can meet the production and processing needs,and the product quality meets the national standards and design requirements.
