Research on Key Technologies of Incremental Launching Construction of River-crossing Steel-Concrete Composite Beam Bridge
Based on a river-crossing bridge with steel-concrete composite girder structure built by incremental launching,the scheme and key technical points of incremental construction are introduced in detail,and the mechanical properties of permanent structures and temporary components are studied by finite element method.According to the force-bearing demand and construction requirements of the bridge,the incremental launching construction is divided into three stages,and the distance of incremental launching is 20.05 m,57.95 m and 90.1 m respectively.The process of incremental launching is mainly based on displacement control,supplemented by pressure control.Under the most unfavorable conditions,the strength,stiffness and stability of the steel box girder and temporary piers meet the requirements.The connecting welds between guiding beam and steel box girder meet the requirements of normal stress and shear stress.The guide beam needs to further add the transverse and longitudinal stiffeners to meet the requirement of local stability.
