Measurement of Regional Logistics Radiation Capability of the New West Land-Sea Corridor
In view of the 14 western provinces that involved in the Western Land-Sea Corridor, their capability of radiation extension is the key to determine the cross-regional integration and optimal allocation of logistics resources, and is also the premise to guide the completion of high-quality construction of the Western Land-Sea Corridor. In view of the difficulty of reflecting the game relationship between subjective and objective attributes in the evaluation of regional logistics quality, the game combination weighting method is first introduced, and the subjective and objective weights are determined by appropriate methods, and the comprehensive weights are determined by solving the multi-objective game set model.Secondly,in order to objectively reflect the distribution law of traffic topology accessibility, the calculation method of inter-regional topological distance is redefined,so as to improve the measurement quality of regional logistics radiation ability. Finally, taking the 14 provinces(cities and districts)involved in the construction of the Western Land-Sea Corridor as an example, the proposed inter-provincial radiation capacity measurement model is applied to evaluate and analyze the radiation capacity of inter-provincial logistics, and based on the evaluation results, the regional logistics system construction and development of the 14 provinces(cities and districts)of the"Western Land-Sea New Corridor"is proposed.
