温拌阻燃高黏沥青及排水沥青混合料的性能分析

为探究温拌剂和阻燃剂对沥青和混合料性能的影响规律,开展了温拌、阻燃沥青和混合料的基本性能和路用性能评价,基于针入度、软化点、延度以及老化后针入度比等高黏沥青参数和飞散损失、残留稳定度、低温弯曲破坏应变以及动稳定度等混合料路用性能指标,分析温拌剂和阻燃剂掺入的影响规律,同时检测了氧指数和烟密度以探究阻燃剂的阻燃减排效果.试验数据显示,温拌剂的掺入对沥青混合料的路用性能有较大提升,阻燃剂的掺入能明显改善高黏沥青的老化性能,但对沥青混合料的整体提升效果不大,且无法达到阻燃减排效果.复合改性方案由于加剧了拌和难度,导致混合料综合路用性能有所下降.综合考虑技术经济性,在隧道中采用多孔排水路面,可根据具体需求选择性添加温拌剂,可不掺入阻燃剂.
Performance Analysis of Warm Mix and Flame-retardant High Viscosity Asphalt and Porous Asphalt Mixture
In order to explore the effect of warm mix agent and flame retardant on performance of asphalt and mixture,the asphalt basic and road performance evaluation of warm mix and flame retardant asphalt mixture are carried out.The influence rules of the incorporation of warm mixture and flame retardant are analyzed based on the basic parameters of high viscosity asphalt,such as penetration,softening point,ductility and penetration ratio after aging,as well as the road performance indexes of the mixture,such as scattering loss,residual stability,low-temperature bending failure strain and dynamic stability.At the same time,the oxygen index and smoke density of flame retardant modified asphalt are tested to explore the emission reduction effect of flame retardant.The data show that the addition of warm mixing agent can greatly improve the road performance of asphalt mixture,and the addition of flame retardant can obviously improve the aging performance of high viscosity asphalt,but the overall improvement and emission reduction effect of asphalt mixture is not obvious.The composite modification scheme increases the difficulty of mixing,resulting in a decrease in the comprehensive road performance of asphalt mixture.Considering the technical economy comprehensively,when using the porous drainage pavement in the tunnel,the warm mixing agent can be added selectively according to the specific needs,without adding flame retardant.
