The main bridge of the Aojiang Major Bridge on the double track of Zhejiang Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou(Yong-Tai-Wen)Expressway is a composite beam cable-stayed bridge structure with double tower and double cable plane,the span layout being(52+88+320+88+52)=600 m.The bridge deck cranes on both sides of the closure mouth to lift the mid span closure section is used in original design.Due to the limitations of the bridge deck crane space,a single side bridge deck crane is chosen to lift the closure section for closure.In order to ensure that the closure state of the span is the same as the closure state of the bridge deck crane on both sides of the original scheme,and to understand its adverse effect on the bridge alignment and cable force,the parametric sensitivity of the maximum cantilever state before closure is studied by finite element method.The research results indicate that the lifting weight and tensioning cable force of the beam segment have the greatest impact on the maximum cantilever state of the main beam shape before the closure of the mid span.A unilateral lifting construction and control plan is proposed,and compared with bilateral lifting.The results show that the bridge cable force and linear unilateral lifting construction effect are good.
