In order to summarize the current problems and promote the overall service level of the beautiful rural road project,it is necessary to scientifically define and evaluate the construction effect of the beautiful rural road.A systematic analysis of the connotation characteristics of beautiful rural road is carried out,including 7 mandatory technical indexes of 4 categories and 29 evaluation technical indexes of 5 categories and 13 subcategories,covering construction,management,maintenance,operation of the rural road.By combining AHP with fuzzy comprehensive method,the quantitative evaluation of the construction effect of the beautiful rural road is realized.Then,taking a rural road project in Guizhou Province as an example,AHP is used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the project.The results show that the evaluation result of a rural road in Guizhou Province has reached the excellent level,but there are still some deficiencies in terms of subgrade stability,safety and appearance of bridges,well-functioned service facilities,high-quality landscape and ecology as well as innovation of management and maintenance modes.It is suggested that the construction level of the beautiful rural road of the project be further improved by strengthening the display of local characteristics and focusing on innovation of management and maintenance mode so as to further improve the construction level of the beautiful rural road.
