苍容浔江大桥锚碇大体积混凝土温控技术研究

以苍容浔江大桥锚碇基础工程为背景,开展了大体积混凝土温度控制技术研究。通过建立数值模型,分析了混凝土分层内外温度及应力分布,依据温控计算对锚碇混凝土制定了温控标准和相应温控措施,结合现场实测结果验证了温控措施的有效性。分析结果表明,大体积混凝土分层施工可有效控制混凝土的温度,分层厚度对锚体各浇筑层混凝土早期抗裂安全系数有重要影响。通过采取混凝土质量控制、入模温度控制、冷却管降温及养护保温保湿等施工措施,锚碇大体积混凝土浇筑过程中的各项指标均在控制标准范围内,取得了较好的成效,实现了对大体积混凝土温度的有效控制。
Research on Temperature Control Technology of Anchoring Mass Concrete of Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge
Based on anchorage foundation project of Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge,temperature control technology of mass concrete is studied.By establishing a numerical model,the temperature and stress distribution inside and outside the concrete layer are analyzed.Based on the temperature control calculation,the temperature control standards and corresponding temperature control measures are formulated for anchor block concrete,and the effectiveness of temperature control measures is verified by field measurement results.The analysis results show that the layering construction of mass concrete can effectively control the temperature of concrete,and the layering thickness has an important influence on the early anti-cracking safety factor of concrete in each pouring layer of anchor block.Construction measures such as concrete quality control,mold temperature control,cooling pipe cooling,maintenance,insulation and moisture preservation are adopted.All the indexes in the process of anchoring mass concrete placement are within the control standard range,and good results have been achieved.The temperature control of mass concrete is realized.
