悬索桥锚碇基础监测分析与稳定性评价研究

基于苍容浔江大桥工程,利用最小二乘法及控制图原理,拟合监测位置的左控限值、右控限制,并将监测值与左、右控限值相比较,实现桥梁锚碇基坑的沉降及水平位移和锚碇桩基的安全稳定性判断及预警。根据监测值与左、右控限值比较,发现PI2桩基在 5m深度处出现水平位移最大监测值 24。99 mm,其值符合设计规范要求;但部分水平位移监测值仍超出左、右控限制,即出现多个异常点,其监测值与拟合值的最大偏差为 0。94mm,引起数据异常的原因为施工过程中桩身裹挟泥沙或者施工期雨水较多渗入地下,导致地下水位异常,建议对PI2桩基应加强监测并对异常部位进行加固。锚碇基坑地表的沉降及水平位移和其余桩基的水平位移均在左、右控限值区域内,即均处于安全可控范围,其中锚碇基坑最大沉降值为 3。3mm,小于5mm设计值,锚碇基坑最大水平位移为 6。93mm,符合设计要求,但北1锚碇基坑DB4的水平位移偏差标准差为0。17 mm,远大于北1锚碇基坑其余3组数据,引起偏差标准差较大的原因为DB4所处基坑区域施工进度较慢,因此建议适当加快DB4所处基坑区域施工进度。
Research on Monitoring and Analysis of Anchorage Foundation and Evaluation of Stability for Suspension Bridge
Based on the Cangrong Xunjiang Bridge project,based on the principles of the least squares method and control charts,the left and right control limits of the monitoring positions are fitted,and the monitored values are compared with with the left and right control limits,so as to realize judgement and warning issue of the settlement and horizontal displacement of the bridge anchor pit and the safety and stability of the anchor pile foundation.According to the comparison between the monitoring values and the left and right control limits,it is found that the maximum horizontal displacement monitoring value at a depth of 5 m for the PI2 pile foundation is 24.99 mm,which meets the design specification requirements.However,some horizontal displacement monitoring values still exceed the left and right control limits,indicating several abnormal points.The maximum deviation between the monitoring values and the fitted values is 0.94 mm.The cause of the data anomaly is attributed to the presence of sediment on the pile body during construction or excessive rainfall infiltrating underground during the construction period,leading to abnormal groundwater levels.It is recommended to strengthen monitoring of the PI2 pile foundation and reinforce the abnormal areas.The settlement and horizontal displacement of the anchor pit surface and the horizontal displacement of the remaining pile foundations are within the left and right control limits,indicating within a safe and controllable range.The maximum settlement value of the anchor pit is 3.3 mm,which is less than the design value of 5 mm.The maximum horizontal displacement of the anchor pit is 6.93 mm,which meets the design requirements.However,the standard deviation of the horizontal displacement deviation for DB4 in the North 1 anchorage foundation is 0.17 mm,which is significantly larger than the other three sets of data in the North 1 anchorage foundation.The reason for the large standard deviation is due to the slower construction progress in the pit area where DB4 is located.Therefore,it is recommended to appropriately speed up the progress in the pit area where DB 4 is located.
