乳化沥青高低温使用性能等级评价体系研究

通过调研分析、室内试验及工程应用,对乳化沥青高低温使用性能分级开展了研究。结果表明:在对乳化沥青高低温性能进行评价时采用所提出的低温蒸发方法获取残留物,相比现行高温直接蒸发,可有效降低残留物老化风险。对于乳化沥青高温性能,采用低温蒸发残留物通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)进行评价;对于低温性能,采用低温蒸发残留物PAV沥青通过预切口型弯曲蠕变劲度试验(CBBR)进行评价。结合我国乳化沥青材料性能特点,提出了适用于我国乳化沥青的高低温性能试验判别标准。DSR试验结果判定标准为:车辙因子 G﹡/sinδ≥1。5 kPa的最高温度。CBBR试验结果判定标准为:蠕变劲度 S≤220 M Pa的最低温度。同时,针对我国的交通等级、气候条件下乳化沥青高低温使用性能分级选择进行了初步探索,形成初步的乳化沥青使用性能等级(RPG)框架体系,为后续研究者提供参考。
Research on the Evaluation System for High and Low Temperature Performance of Emulsified Asphalt
Through research,analysis,indoor experiments and practice in projects,the performance grade of emulsified asphalt is studied.Research has shown that the performance evaluation of emulsified asphalt uses the proposed low-temperature evaporation method to obtain residues,which,compared to the current high-temperature direct evaporation in China,effectively reduces the risk of residue aging.The high-temperature grade of emulsified asphalt is evaluated using low-temperature evaporation residue through using dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and the low-temperature grade is evaluated using low-temperature evaporation residue PAV asphalt through using pre-cut specimens and bending beam rheometer(CBBR).Based on the characteristics of emulsified asphalt material in China,the criterion of high and low temperature performance test for emulsified asphalt in China is put forward.The judgment standard for DSR test results is:when the rutting factor G﹡/sinδmore than or equal to 1.5 kPa of maximum temperature,the judgment standard for CBBR test results is the minimum temperature with creep stiffness S≤220 MPa.At the same time,preliminary exploration is conducted on the selection of performance levels for emulsified asphalt under traffic and climate conditions,which forms a preliminary performance grade(RPG)framework system for emulsified asphalt,providing reference for subsequent researchers.
