为更好地满足城市立交桥梁建设需求,提出全固结预制拼装混凝土桥梁建设方案。以某城市立交项目为研究对象,系统分析了全固结预制拼装混凝土桥梁的静力动力特性,包括跨径组合和联长分析、立柱高度和尺寸分析、主梁线形影响分析、单项荷载效应分析、桩土效应分析、边墩布置形式分析和抗震性能分析等,提出该桥型的适用条件及结构受力改善措施,给出相关的设计和施工要点。研究内容具有工程示范意义,可为类似工程提供参考。
Research on rational structure of fully-consolidated prefabricated assembled bridge and its stress performance
In order to better meet the demand of urban overpass girder construction,a fully-consolidated precast concrete bridge construction program is proposed.Taking an urban interchange project as the research object,the static dynamic characteristics of fully-consolidated prefabricated assembled bridges are systematically analyzed,including the analysis of span combinations and joint lengths,the analysis of column heights and dimensions,the analysis of the influence of main girder alignment,the analysis of single load effect,the analysis of pile-soil effect,the analysis of side pier arrangement and the analysis of seismic performance,etc.,in addition the applicable conditions and structural stress improvement measures are proposed to give the relevant design and construction points.The study content has engineering demonstration significance and can be utilized in the construction of the bridge.The research has engineering demonstration significance and can provide reference for similar projects.
