波形钢板组合梁无支架架设技术研究

依托云阳东互通工程提出了波形钢板组合梁无支架架设技术,通过波形钢板组合梁和钢筋混凝土梁的静力荷载试验对比了两者的受力性能,同时开展了波形钢板试安装试验。试验结果表明,波形钢板组合梁的理论计算结果与试验结果较为吻合;波形钢板与混凝土工作性能良好,钢筋剪力键能有效传递水平剪力,波形钢板刚度及强度能满足混凝土桥面板浇筑的要求;波形钢板组合梁无支架架设技术能满足高墩、曲线、变宽桥梁的施工要求。
Research on Unsupported Installation Technology of Corrugated Steel Plate Composite Beams
In the paper,the unsupported installation technology-corrugated steel plate composite beam is proposed based on the Yunyang East Interchange Project.Static load tests are conducted on waveform steel plate composite beams and reinforced concrete beams to carry out comparisons on their stress performance.At the same time,waveform steel plate installation tests are carried out,and the test results show that the theoretical calculation results of waveform steel plate composite beams are in good agreement with the test results;the corrugated steel plate has good working performance with concrete,and the steel shear key can effectively transfer horizontal shear force.The stiffness and strength of the corrugated steel plate can meet the requirements of pouring concrete bridge deck panels;and the waveform steel plate composite beam without support installation technology can meet the construction needs of high piers,curves,and widened bridges.
