Research,Development and Application of Rapid Testing Equipment for Sliding Friction Coefficient of Anchorage Base Rock of Suspension Bridge
Based on the theorem of moment of momentum,a theoretical formula for calculating the sliding friction coefficient between bedrock and concrete with variable positive pressure is derived.By measuring the contact positive pressure and swing arm angle between the concrete slider and the ground, accurate calculation of the sliding friction coefficient can be achieved.By developing and integrating preloaded springs,high-frequency force sensors, optoelectronic decoders, and industrial control hosts,high-precision collection, analysis, and display of test data have been achieved. The equipment is calibrated using indoor large-scale direct shear tests, with a test deviation of less than 2%.On-site application testing is conducted based on the east and west anchorage projects of the Shiziyang Bridge. The test results show that the deviation between the new equipment test results and the on-site direct shear test is less than 3%with high test accuracy, and the time is saved by over 95%,the test speed being fast.
