Research on the Evaluation Index System of Modernization of Transportation Infrastructure in Jiangxi Province under the Background of Strong Transportation Power
Accelerating the construction of modern transportation infrastructure is an important part of building a strong transportation country in Jiangxi Province,which is also an important foundation for the Province's overall goal of"the people being satisfied,strong guarantees being provided,and with lead position in the Country".In the paper,taking the construction of a strong transportation country as the background of the times,firstly,the core indicators are selected using the biological evolution Delphi expert consultation combination method and through establishing an evaluation index library for modern transportation infrastructure in Jiangxi.Then,a evaluation index system for modern transportation infrastructure in Jiangxi is established with the background of a strong transportation country.Next,the indicators are dimensionless and weighted using the AHP method.Finally,the modern transportation basic evaluation index is obtained through a series of calculations such as weighted synthesis.This index system can effectively evaluate and monitor the transportation planning and transportation infrastructure construction in Jiangxi Province,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the evaluation results are put forward.
