沥青路面建设、养护、运营一体化管理技术框架研究

当前我国道路存在着建设、养护、运营环节割裂、数据孤岛现象严重、一体化协同配合困难的问题。数据需求不明确是导致该问题出现的主要原因之一。为解决上述困境,采用文献调研、定性分析等手段,对一体化各环节中与路面使用性能相关的影响因素进行了梳理总结,揭示了路面使用性能的影响因素之间的关联关系,明确了一体化数据需求。最后,进一步梳理感知目标、数据采集方式与时间、数据传输方式、数据处理方法和数据应用形式,形成了由指标层、感知层、传输层、数据层、应用层等 5 个部分组成的一体化技术框架,该技术框架可用于指导道路建设、养护、运营一体化管理的实践工作。
Research on Technical Framework for Integrated Management of Asphalt Pavement Construction,Maintenance and Operation
There exists a serious problem of the fragmentation of the construction,maintenance,and operation sections,data silos,and difficulties in solving coordination in integration,such as fragmentation,serious data silos,and difficulties in integrated and collaborative cooperation.Unclear data requirements are one of the main reasons for this issue.To address the challenges,in this paper by means of literature research,qualitative analysis,and other methods,the influencing factors related to pavement performance in various stages of integration are sorted and concluded,and the correlation relationships among the factors that affect pavement performance are revealed,the requirements for integrated data are clarified.Finally,by further sorting out the perception target,data collection method and time,data transmission method,data processing method and data application form,an integrated technical framework that consists of five parts:indicator layer,perception layer,transmission layer,data layer,and application layer has been formed.This technical framework can be used to guide the practical work of road construction,maintenance,and operation integration.
