交通运输行业作为碳排放重点领域受到世界各国重点关注,而高速公路建设运营过程中加强节能降碳有助于实现国家"双碳"战略目标。通过界定高速公路碳排放核算边界和范围,分析高速公路碳排放特征,并提出零碳高速公路的概念,构建了高速公路"低碳建造、零碳运营"的关键技术体系,以山东省济南至潍坊零碳高速公路为案例研究,总结其建设实施路径,分析其节能减碳的实施效果,为未来零碳高速公路建设提供参考。
Exploration and Practice of Zero Carbon Highway Construction under the Background of"Dual Carbon"Goals
The transportation industry,as a key area of carbon emissions,has received significant attention from countries around the world.Strengthening energy conservation and carbon reduction during the construction and operation of expressways can help achieve the national"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategic goals.In the paper,the boundary and scope of carbon emission accounting for expressways are defined,the characteristics of carbon emissions on expressways are analyzed,and the concept of zero carbon expressways is proposed,and a key technical system for"low-carbon construction and zero carbon operation"of expressways is further constructed.Taking the zero carbon expressway from Jinan to Weifang in Shandong Province as a case study,its construction and implementation path is concluded,its energy-saving and carbon reduction implementation effects are analyzed,which provides reference for future zero carbon expressway construction.
