摘要

榆佳高速公路地处陕北毛乌素沙漠与黄土高原过渡地带的黄土高原水蚀风蚀交错区,路域地形地貌和地质条件复杂,生态环境脆弱,对其路域进行生态环境质量评价对生态环境恢复和高速公路高质量发展具有重要意义.利用GIS和RS技术,选取Landsat遥感影像反演绿度、湿度、干度和热度指标,采用熵权法构建遥感生态指数模型(RSEI),基于转移矩阵和差值法对榆佳高速路域生态质量进行评价和统计分析,结果表明:(1)榆佳高速路域 5km缓冲区范围 RSEI值在2007年、2013年、2019 年分别为0.433 5、0.519 2、0.574 5,呈增长趋势,说明生态环境质量总体向好,空间上沿线路走向随着地貌由黄土梁峁沙漠低丘区向河谷阶地区、黄土梁峁沟壑区过渡,生态环境总体上逐渐变好;(2)榆佳高速的建设对路域生态环境影响的敏感区为 300 m缓冲区范围内,在建设期 300 m缓冲区 RSEI值增加幅度小于5km缓冲区,运营期300 m缓冲区RSEI值增加幅度大于5km缓冲区,表明榆佳高速在公路建设期对路域生态环境产生负向影响,而在运营期间路域生态环境得以恢复;(3)从不同时期的敏感区 RSEI值时空分析可知,在榆佳高速建设期和运营期间,生态环境等级向好转出面积均多于向差转出面积,说明榆佳高速公路运营期的生态环境恢复程度大于建设期间对生态环境的负向影响程度,区域生态环境保护和治理政策也具有一定实效,研究区本底生态环境质量向优良等级过渡.但建设期向好转出幅度低于运营期,说明榆佳高速公路建设过程中除了固有的道路和相关建筑施工对生态环境产生一定程度的负向影响外,当地区域规划和发展、城镇化扩张等对原有地类的占用也对生态环境具有负向影响.研究结果可为研究区路域生态环境治理决策提供参考依据.

Abstract

The Yu-Jia Expressway(Yulin-Jiaxian Expressway)is located in the cross area of water and wind erosion of the Loess Plateau in the transition zone between the Mu Us Desert and the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi Province.The terrain,topography,and geological conditions of the road area are complex,and the ecological environment is fragile.Conducting an ecological environment quality evaluation of the road area is of great significance for ecological environment restoration and high-quality development of highways.By means of GIS and RS technology,the Landsat remote sensing images are selected to invert the indicators of greenness,humidity,dryness,and heat.The entropy weight method is used to construct a remote sensing ecological index model(RSEI).Based on the transfer matrix and difference method,the ecological quality of the Yu-Jia Expressway road area is evaluated and statistically analyzed.The results show that:(1)The RSEI value of the 5 km buffer zone in Yu-Jia Expressway area are 0.433 5,0.519 2 and 0.574 5 in 2007,2013 and 2019,respectively,showing an increasing trend,indicating that the ecological environment quality is generally good.The spatial trend of the highway is the transition from loess Liangmao desert low hill area to valley terrace area and loess Liangmao gully area.The ecological environment is getting better on the whole.(2)The construction of Yu-Jia Expressway has a sensitive impact on the ecological environment of the road area within a 300 meter buffer zone.During the construction period,the increase in RSEI in the 300 m buffer zone is less than that in the 5 km buffer zone,while during the operation period,the increase in RSEI in the 300 m buffer zone is greater than that in the 5 km buffer zone.This indicates that Yu-Jia Expressway has a negative impact on the ecological environment of the road area during the highway construction period,and the ecological environment of the road area can be restored during the operation period.(3)From the analysis of RSEI spatiotemporal data in sensitive areas at different periods,it can be seen that during the construction and operation periods of the Yu-Jia Expressway,the area where the ecological environment level turns positive is more than the area where it turns negative,indicating that the overall ecological environment in the Yu-Jia Expressway area is developing well.However,the extent of improvement during the construction period is lower than that during the operation period,with a difference of 7.1 km2,indicating that the ecological environment restoration degree of the Yu-Jia Expressway during the operation period is greater than the negative impact on the ecological environment during the construction period.
