数字资源如何赋能企业低碳发展?——以伟明环保为例

"双碳"背景下,如何进行数字化转型已成为企业追求低碳发展中迫切需要解决的问题.对此,主要基于资源编排理论,对伟明环保智能环卫处理项目展开纵向案例研究,试图探讨企业从资源到能力再到可持续竞争优势的过程机理.研究结果表明:(1)企业转型的一轮资源编排过程可以抽象为"零散资源元素—资源结构化—数字赋能化—价值杠杆化",而在此基础上的阶段性产出又会与外部动态环境相结合,以重构元素的形式反馈于新一轮的结构化环节,由此迭代编排以实现数字化转型,并在此过程中不断促进企业的低碳发展;(2)组织层面的低碳管理能力也是连接数字资源编排全过程的关键要素,管理者能够通过低碳资源的再部署,实现更具有绿色意义的资源管理.
How Can Digital Resources Promote the Low-carbon Development of Enterprises?A Case of Weiming Environmental Protection
Under the background of"dual carbon",how to carry out digital transformation has become an urgent problem to be solved in the pursuit of low-carbon development.In this regard,this paper mainly adopts the resource orchestration theory to carry out a longitudinal case study of Weiming Environmental Protection Intelligent Sanitation Project,which attempts to explore the process mechanism of enterprises from resources to capabilities to sustainable competitive advantages.The research results show that:(1)a round of resource orchestration process of an enterprise can be abstracted as"scattered resource elements—resource structuring—digital empowerment—value leverage".On this basis,the staged output will be combined with the external dynamic environment,and fed back to a new round of resource structuring in the form of reconstructed elements,so as to achieve the digital transformation through iterative arrangement,in this process the enterprise's low carbon development can also be promoted.(2)low carbon management capability at the organizational level is also a key factor in the whole process of connecting digital resources arrangement.Managers can achieve more green resource management through the redeployment of low carbon resources.
