Based on the literature on entrepreneurship and innovation ability,basic constructs for the qualitative analysis on entrepreneurship and innovation ability are extracted.Through the in-depth interview with 47 students and teachers coming from 17 teams which have participated in the case analysis competition,this pater summarizes 10 constructs for cultivating students'innovation ability and entrepreneurship and further extracts 3 core competence categories.From the perspective of core competence category,case analysis competition is more effective than classroom case teaching in the cultivation of students'innovation ability and entrepreneurship.At the end,this paper provides some suggestions for the university to guide students to participate in enterprise case analysis competition.
