The Impact of Digital Innovation Capability on the Agricultural Value Chain Transformation:Case Study Based on Two Agricultural Enterprises
Digitalization is the key of industrial upgrading.Agricultural enterprises should optimize the traditional agricultural industry with the help of digitalization,so as to complete the upgrading and reconstruction of digital agricultural value chain.Based on the theory of digital innovation capability and agricultural value chain transformation,this study selected two agriculture-related enterprises,Adopt A Cow Co.,Ltd and Fengnong Holding Co.,Ltd,as the research objects.By constructing a comprehensive analysis framework integrating digital innovation capability and agricultural value chain transformation,this study deeply revealed the mechanism of enterprise digital innovation capability driving agricultural value chain transformation.The research shows that digital innovation capability,as the"second-order"capability of enterprises,would adapt to different objectives.Moreover,the micro mechanism in the form of activity value-added,structure reorganization and logic remodeling could promote the progressive and breakthrough dialectical unity of the transformation trend of agricultural value chain.This study not only provides a new explanatory framework and ideas for digital innovation capability and value chain transformation,but also provides an effective path and theoretical guidance for enterprises to promote agricultural value chain transformation.
