The Transformation and Upgrading Law of Dayang Group:From"Smile Curve"to"Musashi Curve"
The theory of the"smile curve"as a guiding principle for enterprise transformation has been validated in the practical context of enterprise development in China.However,there is limited research on the changing trends and influencing factors of the"smile curve"from a dynamic developmental perspective.In the era of"digital intelligence"transformation,new trends and characteristics have emerged in the evolution of the smile curve.This study focuses on exploring the dynamic evolution of both the"smile curve"and the"musashi curve",while investigating value-added changes within manufacturing value chains and identifying pathways for enterprise transformation and upgrading,and case study approach is employed to examine Dayang Group's transformation.The findings reveal that certain traditional manufacturing enterprises'"smile curves"are evolving into"musashi curve"within the digital economy context,leading to a proposed dynamic evolution model from"smile curve"to"musashi curve"based on influential factors.These insights serve as inspiration and guidance for strategic transformations and upgrades among traditional manufacturing enterprises.
