An Evolutionary Model of Internal Legitimacy of Enterprise Strategic Change:Case Study Based on the Perspective of Middle and Senior Managers Interaction
Through the analysis of the internal legitimacy process of the strategic change of Hongxing International Exhibition Co.,Ltd,this paper aims to investigate the evolution of the internal legitimacy of enterprise strategic change from the perspective of middle and senior managers interaction.The findings are as follows:The evolution process of the internal legitimacy of enterprise strategic change can be divided into the clear strategic direction stage,the unified strategy implementation stage,the coordinating required resources and capacity stage,the defining action plan stage.During this period,the legitimacy judgment is constantly strengthened and follows the evolution path of"instrumental legitimacy → instrumental legitimacy+relational legitimacy → instrumental legitimacy+relational legitimacy+ethical legitimacy → instrumental legitimacy+relational legitimacy+ethical legitimacy".The evolution of middle and senior managers interactive intention follows the trajectory of"static participation → quasi-static participation → quasi-dynamic participation → dynamic participation".Interactive tools have changed from one-way output of middle and senior managers to two-way interaction of middle and senior managers;Interactive action follows the evolution track of"passive acceptance of the middle level → active integration of the middle into senior level → consensus action of the middle and senior levels → tacit recognition of the middle and senior levels".This paper reveals the relationship between the interaction of middle and senior managers and the internal legitimacy of enterprise strategic change,and further elaborates the impact of the interaction of middle and senior managers on enterprise strategic change.
