Enhancing competition of cultural industry is the key for developing cultural industry.Cultural industry's competition mainly includes two parts of overall competition and factor competition.The cultural industry of Henan province has some advantages in the overall competition to some degree;however it still lags behind in factor competition compared with developed provinces and cities.Modern cultural enterprise system should be established in enterprises and organize large cultural industry groups in cultural industry,meanwhile improve policies regarding cultural industry development in government's behaviors in order to promote cultural industry's competition of Henan province.
