数字创新能提升区域绿色发展效率吗?——基于中国284个地级及以上城市的实证研究

摘要
文章以中国284个地级及以上城市2010-2020年的面板数据为样本,首先基于超效率EBM模型测算绿色发展效率,然后运用固定效应模型、面板门槛模型和空间计量模型考察数字创新对绿色发展效率的影响效应.主要研究结论如下:数字创新能够显著促进中国城市绿色发展效率提升,但这种影响因城市区位、城市规模和城市等级不同而存在异质性;数字创新对中国城市绿色发展效率的推动存在双重门槛特征,且这种正向边际效应呈"强化—减弱—强化"趋势;数字创新不仅可以推动城市自身绿色发展效率提升,还通过空间溢出效应促进周边城市绿色发展.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of digital innovation on the efficiency of green development,utilizing panel data encompassing 284 cities at the prefecture-level and above in China from 2010 to 2020.The main findings are as follows.Digital innovation can significantly contribute to the efficiency of green development in Chinese cities,but this impact is heterogeneous depending on city location,size and hierarchy;The promotion of digital innovation on China's city green development efficiency is characterized by a double threshold,and the positive marginal effect shows a trend of"strengthening-weakening-strengthening";Digital innovation can not only promote the efficiency of a city's own green development,but also facilitate its neighboring cities'green development through spatial spillover effects.
